Response Time
We aim to respond to all support requests within 48 hours on business days. During busy periods, it may take a bit longer, but we will always get back to you. If your issue is urgent, please note that in the subject line.
Before You Reach Out
Many common issues can be resolved with a few quick steps. Try these first:
- Restart the app — Force-quit the app and reopen it. This resolves most temporary glitches.
- Update to the latest version — Open the App Store, go to your account, and check for updates. We regularly ship bug fixes.
- Restart your device — A simple reboot can clear up issues related to memory or background processes.
- Check your iOS version — Make sure you're running a supported version of iOS. Our apps generally support the two most recent major versions.
- Check storage space — If an app is behaving unexpectedly, low device storage can sometimes be the cause. Free up space and try again.
- Reinstall the app — As a last resort, delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store. Note that this may reset local data unless the app uses iCloud sync.
